Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
helps to deal with traumatic or stressful experiences.
Bilateral stimulation (e.g. eye movement) supports the brain in reprocessing and integrating harmful or distressing situations.
It effectively processes not only trauma-related disorders but also other stressful situations, enabling constructive coping strategies and allowing positive self-beliefs.
EMDR is also beneficial in coaching matters.
