Within my practice, I work with a diverse clientele:
Approximately one-third seek support for enduring mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, OCD, and the ongoing effects of attachment trauma.
Another third grapples with recent upheavals in life, including job loss, transitions, grief, relationship dissolution, retirement, or migration, often resulting in adjustment disorders or PTSD.
The remaining third seek guidance in navigating relationship dynamics, whether in couples therapy or to gain clarity and resolve conflicts individually.
In the case of mental health issues, health insurance partially funds psychotherapy.

I do not have any available slots for fully reimbursed positions through health insurance or concessions.
